A strategy the Japanese used to claim or defend these islands was to flood them with huge numbers of soldiers. To realize the above idea, we have to address the following three challenges. 1) How to synchronize noisy CSI measurements with video frames? Generally, raw CSI measurements have variable time intervals and contain massive noisy components, which significantly hampers periodicity of CSI measurements as well as their information correspondence with video streams. To deal with this issue, we first use linear interpolation to resample a group of fixed-interval CSI samples for each video frame. Then, we remove high-frequency noise in CSI measurements with a low-pass Butterworth filter. 2) How to effectively disentangle human semantic features from CSI measurements? Due to a low spatial resolution, recovering complete video frames from CSI measurements is a highly ill-posed problem. To relieve this problem, we design a cross-modal learning network, namely CSI2Pose, that exploits spatial and temporal information in CSIs to estimate limb-level human pose features, i.e., Joint Heat Maps (JHMs) and Part Affinity Fields (PAFs). Additionally, two element-wise weighted training losses are devised to train CSI2Pose network with the guidance of OpenPose network.|"It was a law that really just allowed the Police Department, the Seattle Police Department, to harass Black and brown community members," said K.L. The combination of Si and W for the construction of the detector allows the construction of a very compact calorimeter made up of compact active layers with small cell size (high granularity) in the transverse and longitudinal planes. It will consist of an alveolar structure of carbon fiber into which the slabs made up of tungsten plates and active sensors will be inserted. But faced with warmongering narratives and panic, which are damaging the Ukrainian economy, the Ukrainian president has to go beyond mustering independent rhetoric. He needs to undertake proactive foreign policy in the interests of all Ukrainian citizens that would take seriously the critical issues behind the escalation. Ignoring them or unequivocally rejecting them on dubious grounds could deprive Ukraine of a say in its own future as decisions are taken on its behalf by foreign powers.
